To Our Valued Tenants,

As you may know Los Angeles has active fires spreading throughout the city and county. Our most important concern is your health and safety and that of your families. Please continue to follow city professional safety guidelines during this time. 

Due to the weather conditions, the building air intake and exhaust systems that circulate outside air into the building have been temporarily closed. As a result, you may experience minimal to zero impact on the temperature within your space. In addition, there have been reports, neighboring areas have experienced power interruptions. Please have your IT teams monitor your systems closely in the event the building experiences power outages. We will notify you should we experience any outages. Our team is monitoring building systems closely to ensure we maintain building operations.
